A Légió Hungária nemzetközi közleményt ad ki az úzvölgyi katonai temetőben történt vulgár-soviniszta támadások és sírgyalázások kapcsán.
Történelmi háttér:
Az I. világháború során létrehozott katonai temetőben az osztrák-magyar és a német hadsereg hősi halottait helyezték végső nyugalomra, majd évtizedekkel később a II. világháború harcaiban elesettek is elődeik mellé kerültek.
Aktuális konfliktus:
A Bákó megyei (történelmi Románia) Dărmănești polgármestere a román művelődési minisztérium, a megyei prefektus és az építkezési felügyelőség egybehangzó állásfoglalása ellenére, törvénytelenül sajátított ki a Hargita megyei (történelmi Magyarország) területéhez tartozó úzvölgyi katonai temetőben egy román parcellát. Egyrészről nem rendelkezik a szükséges jogkörökkel, másrészről nem sikerült hitelt érdemlően bizonyítani, hogy a temetőben valaha román katonák lettek volna eltemetve. Ezzel szemben egy 1917-ből származó katonai temetőtérkép egyértelműen bizonyítja, hogy a frissen kihelyezett betonkeresztek és emlékmű a magyar királyi 10. (miskolci) honvéd gyalogezred I. számú temetőjének III. és IV. sorai fölé kerültek. A kegyeletsértés legmagasabb foka - mely tiszteletlenség minden román hősi halottal szemben is -, hogy a fiktív emlékkeresztek előtt, úgy alakították ki a földet, mintha ott ténylegesen halottak lennének, frissen eltemetve.
A térségben természetesen található román katonai temető, azonban Úzvölgyétől 40 kilométerre, a történelmi Romániához tartozó Bacăuban. A csatolt képek magukért beszélnek.
A botrányos történelemhamisítási kísérlet 2019. június hatodikán tetőzött, amikor a helyi magyarság élőlánccal próbálta megakadályozni, hogy felszentelésre kerüljön az új emlékmű. A feldühödött román soviniszták bemásztak a temetőbe, majd belülről törték ki a kaput, és beözönlöttek a sírok közé. A felvételek tanúsága alapján egyértelműen ittas tömeg, válogatás nélkül tépett ki sírkereszteket a földből. A helyszínen lévő magyarokat zászlórudakkal, kitört kerítésléccel, földből kitépett sírkeresztekkel ütlegelték, kővel dobálták. Tették mindezt úgy, hogy a tömegben asszonyok, gyermekek és idős emberek is voltak.
Többek közt a helyszínen tartózkodott vitéz Bartha Mihály, az 1944-es úzvölgyi harcok utolsó élő veteránja, akinek nem csak azt kellett végignéznie, hogy hősi halált halt bajtársai sírhelyeit gyalázzák meg, de tűrnie kellett, hogy a román soviniszták magyarsága miatt gyalázzák, halálosan fenyegessék.
Információink szerint az alábbi fotókon az önmagukat nacionalistaként definiáló Noua Dreaptă aktivistái és a Dinamo Bukarest futballklub ultrái láthatóak.
A Légió Hungária mélységes felháborodásának ad hangot, hiszen olyan időket élünk, amikor talán sosem volt indokoltabb az összefogás Európa nacionalista szervezetei közt. Az elmúlt szűk egy évben időt és energiát nem sajnálva Magyarországon az élére álltunk annak a pán-európai, anti-soviniszta küzdelemnek, mely egy új időszak kezdete lesz az öreg kontinens történelmében. A közös harc azonban csak úgy képzelhető el, ha a kölcsönös tisztelet az alapja. Ha pedig valaki vét ez ellen, akkor az nem maradhat következmények nélkül.
Felszólítjuk a Noua Dreaptă vezetőségét, hogy nyilatkozzanak az esetről. Ismerjék el, vagy hitelt érdemlően cáfolják, hogy a tagjaik részt vettek a vulgár-soviniszta támadásokban. Ha valóban a szervezet aktivistáiról van szó, akkor büntessék meg, és véglegesen zárják ki soraikból őket.
Európa minden nacionalista szervezetét, bajtársainkat pedig arra kérjük, hogy ne vállaljanak közösséget olyan személyekkel és csoportokkal, akik hősi halottak sírjait gyalázzák meg, akik a földből kitépett sírkeresztekkel támadnak gyerekekre, idős emberekre.
Sajnos nem áll módunkban érdemen rendezni a temető körül kialakult, méltatlan és botrányos vitát, hiszen nem politikusok, hanem mozgalmárok vagyunk. Magyar, nacionalista mozgalmárok, akik nem kívánnak nagy szavakkal dobálózni, hiszen jobban szeretjük a tetteket. Ebből kifolyólag egyetlen dolgot ígérhetünk: Egyetlen számla sem marad rendezetlen.

The historical bacground:
The military cemetery was established for the austrian-hungarian and german heroes who were fall during the 1st World War, than after decades the heroes who fall in the 2nd World War were also burried beside their forefathers.
The actual conflict:
The mayor of Dărmănești (Bákó county; historical part of Romania) - despite the statement of the romanian authorities – expropriated a romanian parcell at the military cemetery of Úzvölgy (Hargita county; historical part of Hungary). Firstly, he don’t have the right and the authority to do so, secondly, he couldn’t prove that there were ever romanian soldiers burried. In contrast, a military map about the cemetery from the year 1917 proves obviously that fresh romanian concrete crosses and the monument were placed over the III. and IV. lines of graves of the 10th hungarian royal infantry regiment (from Miskolc). The most disrespectful moment against the piety – and this is disrespectful towards all romanian fallen heroes – that before the fictive memorial crosses the soil was formed as there were real deads, freshly burried.
Of course there is romanian military cemetery in the area, but 40 kilometers far from Úzvölgy, at Bacău which is the historical part of Romania. The attached pictures speaks for themselves.
The shameful try of history falsification reached its peak in the 6th of June 2019, when the local hunarians tried to stop the consecration of the monumnet as a living chain. The angry romanian chauvinist climbed into the graveyard, than broke out the gate from inside and marched between the graves. According to the footages the drunken crowd ripped out crosses from the graves without selection. They were beating the hungarians with crosses, flagpoles, fences and throw them rocks. Between the hungarians there were women, children and old people too.
Among others vitéz Bartha Mihály the last living veteran of the fights of Úzvölgy in 1944 was also at place. He not just had to watch the desecration of the graves of his fallen comrades, but he also had to tolerate that the chauvinist romanians abuse and threath him deadly about being a hungarian.
According to our informations the people can be seen in the photos down below are the members of the nacionalist Noua Dreptă and the ultras of the Dinamo Bucarest football club.
The Legion Hunaria gives voice to its deep indignation, because in these times we have a huge need of collaboration between the nationalist organizations of Europe. In Hungary, in the past one year we stand to the leading position int hat pan-european, anti-chauvinist fight, which will be a beging of a new era in the history of the old continent. But the common fight could be only imaginalbe, if its based on common respect. And if anyone commits a sin about this respect, that can’t be without consequences.
We call the leadership of Noua Dreaptă to make a statement about the incident. Confess or confute dependably if their members take part in the vulgar-chauvinist attacks. If they were, than punish them and exclude them permanently from their lines.
We ask our comrades, all nacionalist organizations of Europe not to throw in with people and groups who are desecrate graves of fallen heroes, who are pulling out crosses from the graves and attacking children and old people with them.
Unfortunately we can’t settle totally the unworthy and shameful dispute about the military cemetery, because we are not politicians, we are movement activists. Hungarian, national activists, we don’t want to throw big words, because we more like actions. Therefore we can promise only one thing: Neither a single bill will be unpaid.

Légió Hungária publică comunicat internațional în legătură cu tulburarea mormintelor și atacurile vulgar-șoviniste petrecute în cimitirul militar din Valea Uzului.
Fond istoric:
În cimitirul înființat pe durata primului război mondial au îngropat eroi maghiari, austrieci și germani care au murit în război. După câteva decenii eroi căzuți în al doilea război mondial au ajuns lângă înaintașii lor.
Conflictul actual:
Primarul localității Dărmănești din județul Bacău (România istorică), împotriva părerii concordate a Ministerului Culturii, prefectului județean și Inspecției de Stat în Construcții, a expropriat ilegal o parcelă română în cimitirul militar din Valea Uzului care aparține județului Harghita (Ungaria istorică). Într-o parte nu are drepturi legale necesare, pe de altă parte nu a reușit să demonstreze relevant faptul, că în acel cimitirul au fost înmormântați eroi români. Deopotrivă o hartă militară a cimitirului dovedește clar, că crucile de beton montate frecvent sunt așezate peste mormintele ostașilor Regatului Ungar. Cea mai mare înfierare – care fiind lipsit total de respect și față de eroii români – este, că așa au aranjat pământul în fața crucilor memoriale, parcă ar fi mormântări recente.
Într-adevăr în regiune există cimitir militar românesc, dar la 40 de km de la Valea Uzului, în județul Bacău, pe teritoriul României istorice. Imaginile anexate vorbesc despre ele însuși.
Tendința scandaloasă a falsificării istoriei a ajuns la punct culminant în 6 iunie 2019, când maghiarii din regiune au încercat să împiedice sfințirea noului monument cu un lanț uman. Șoviniștii români nervoși au pătruns în cimitir și pe dinăuntru au rupt poarta și au năvălit între morminte. Potrivit imaginilor se vede clar că oameni sub influența alcoolului au rupt crucile fără deosebire. Cu steaguri, cu gardurile rupte, cu crucile scoase din pământ au lovit pe maghiarii din fața locului, au aruncat cu pietre. Făcând acesta fără a lua în seamă că între mulțime erau femei și copii.
Între maghiari se afla și Viteazul Batha Mihály, ultimul veteran viu a luptelor din Valea Uzului din 1944, care a trebuit să fie martor distrugerilor mormintelor camarazilor săi căzuți în război, și a trebuit să îndure insultele și amenințările primite de la șoviniștii români din cauza naționalității sale maghiare.
După informațiile primite, pe imaginile de mai jos sunt activiștii naționaliști a Noii Drepte și suporterii clubului fotbal Dinamo București.
Formațiunea Légió Hungária dă voce indignării, deoarece în zilele noastre ar trebui să fie mai uniți organizațiile naționaliste din Europa. În ultimul scurt an am reușit să ajungem la primele locuri a luptei paneuropene și antișoviniste în Ungaria. Cooperarea se poate realiza pe fondul respectării reciprocă.
Facem apel la conducerea Noii Drepte să publice o declarație despre cele petrecute în Valea Uzului. Să recunoască sau să nege faptul că membrii organizației au participat la atacurile vulgar-șoviniste. Dacă activiștii lor au luat parte la cele petrecute, să primească pedepse meritate sau să fie excluși.
Cerem organizațiilor naționaliste din Europa, camaraziilor noștri să nu aibă contact cu persoanele și grupurile, care distrug mormintele eroilor și cu crucile rupte amenință copii și oameni în vârstă.
Noi nu putem rezolva conflictul făcut în jurul cimitirului, pentru ca nu suntem politicieni, ci membrii unei mișcări. Suntem naționaliști maghiari care nu vor să arunce cu vorbe mari, noi preferăm faptele. Vă putem promite un singur lucru: Nimic nu rămâne fără răsplată!
